  1. Cocktail Meatballs

  2. 2 lb lean ground beef

  3. 1/4 cup peeled, grated potato

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 small onion, grated

  6. salt

  7. freshly ground black pepper

  8. 13 ounce bottle Heinz Chili Sauce

  9. 5 ounce jar grape jelly

  10. dash Worcestershire sauce

  11. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Season

  12. with salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs. Brown meatballs,

  13. a few at a time, in hot skillet. If meat is very lean, wipe skillet

  14. with a thin film of olive oil. Blend remaining ingredients in

  15. large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer

  16. about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer meatballs to

  17. chafing dish or fondue pot. Skim excess fat from sauce. Pour

  18. sauce over meatballs. Serve warm. Makes about 100 small meatballs.
