  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Maytag - Oregon Danish or bleu cheese

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Cream cheese

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cognac

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Minced walnuts - for garnish

  1. Recipe Instructions Process the walnuts in a food processor until they are finely chopped, using short pulses to avoid over processing. Add the blue cheese and cream cheese, and process until they are thoroughly combined. Add the cognac, process until well mixed, and then transfer the mixture to one large or two small ramekins.
