  3. 1-1/2 cups water

  4. 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables

  5. 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips

  6. 2 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

  1. HEAT oven to 400ºF. Mix first 4 ingredients in 13x9-inch pan.

  2. COAT chicken with coating mixes as directed; place over rice mixture. Discard any remaining coating mix.
