  1. 3/4 C. water; boiling

  2. 1/2 C. bulgur

  3. 1/2 Tbsp. parsley

  4. 1/2 Tbsp. onion s, dried minced

  5. 1/2 tsp. mint leaves

  6. place in bread maker

  7. 1/2 Tbsp. yeast

  8. 3 C. flour, bread

  9. 2 Tbsp. sugar

  10. 1/2 Tbsp. salt

  11. 1 eggs

  12. 1 Tbsp. oil, olive

  13. 3/4 C. warm water

  14. add at beep

  15. 1/4 C. olives, black, chopped

  16. 1/4 C. apricots , dried; chopped

  1. Add boiling water to other tabouli ingredients and mix well; allow to cool to lukewarm. In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 C. less water. Bring other ingredients to room temperature and add to bread maker, in order. Add lukewarm tabouli mixture. Set baking control at 11 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. Add olives and apricots at beep, 88 minutes into cycle.
