  1. 1 onion,

  2. 2 carrots,butternut pumpkin,

  3. 1 1/2 cups cauliflower

  4. 2 teaspoons curry

  5. 1 x 35 g packet chicken noodle soup

  6. 1 cup cup frozen cup sour

  1. Brown the onion, carrots and pumpkin in oil.

  2. Add the cauliflower, curry powder, soup mix and water, and simmer covered for 15 minutes.

  3. Add the peas and simmer for another 5 minutes.

  4. Stir through the sour cream before serving.
