  1. 2 cup dosa batter (rice and urad dal soak overnight and make a paste and then leave for fermentation)

  2. Madras curry powder (pinch)

  3. 1 cup (baby) spinach

  4. 1/4 cup (orange) bell pepper

  5. 1/4 cup (yellow) bell pepper

  6. 1/4 cup cauliflower (florets)

  7. Coriander leaves (1/2bunch)

  8. 1/4cup broccoli (finely chopped)

  9. 1/4 cup onion (chopped)

  1. First heating up a pot on stove with few drops of water in it

  2. Now put the vegetables on by one

  3. Mix altogether well and sauté for few seconds

  4. Now remove the vegetable mixture in a plate

  5. Heating up a fry pan

  6. Take some water in a bowl

  7. Put 2 drops of oil in it and mix

  8. Now brush the hot fry pan with the oil mixture

  9. Turn the heat of the stove low

  10. Put 3 tbsp batter on the fry pan and spred it in large circular shape

  11. Now sprinkle pinch of madras curry powder over the dosa

  12. Put some vegetable mixture on the dosa and spread it

  13. Now sprinkle few drops of oil and water mixture around the dosa and cover it with a lid

  14. Cook it for 1-2 minutes on medium low heat

  15. After 1-2 minutes it will look crispy and crunchy

  16. Now roll the dosa and put in on the plate

  17. Repeat the same process for the rest of the batter

  18. Serve it with yogurt
