  1. 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) College Inn ® Beef Broth

  2. 4 lbs. chuck roast

  3. 1 onion (large) sliced

  4. 28 oz. beer

  5. 12 French rolls

  1. Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place chuck roast on large, deep (13x9x5-inch) baking pan. Cover with onions, beef broth and beer.

  2. Cook for 4 to 6 hours or until meat shreds easily with fork.

  3. Slice rolls horizontally and dip in beef liquid. Fill the rolls with beef and serve.
