  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Fresh asparagus - par-boiled

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped green pepper

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped onion

  4. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter

  5. 2 cups 474ml Plain yogurt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tarragon

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  9. 12 oz 340g Crab meat

  10. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Place asparagus in a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. In a frying pan saute the green pepper and onion in butter. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, and lemon juice. Add the green pepper, onion and crab meat.

  2. Pour mixture over the asparagus and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes.
