  2. 1/3 cup brown sugar

  3. 3/4 cup pecan s

  4. 2 tablespoons butter

  5. 1/2 cup Bisquick

  6. 1/2 cup sugar Pillsbury Already Crust

  7. 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

  1. Line pie pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray 2. Melt butter/margerine and then add brown sugar and pecans. Poor completed misture into bottom of pie pan and smooth.

  2. Peel and slice apples into large bowl.

  3. Gentlly toss bisquick, sugar, and cinnamon with apples.

  4. Place first pie crust over pecan mixture in pie pan.

  5. Fill crust with apple mixture.

  6. Cover apple mixture with final pie crust and seal edges.

  7. Vent pie crust and place in 375 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes.

  8. When done, remove pie and let stand 1 minute.

  9. . Place display plate on top of pie and flip.

  10. . Gently remove pan and then foil.

  11. . Garnish and serve as desired.
