  7. 1/3 cup sugar

  8. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  9. 1 cup orange juice

  10. 3/4 cup grapefruit juice

  1. Instructions Place pineapple syrup in pan and add cloves and cinnamon; bring to boiling point.

  2. Add arrowroot or cornstarch-water mixture Stir and cook 3 minutes, add sugar, salt, orange juice and grapefruit juice.

  3. Strain into refrigerator pan, cool, then put in chilling unit and chill 1-1/2 to 2 hours, stirring once or twice.
