  1. 6 large sweet potatoes , peel and cube

  2. 2 tablespoon(s) coconut oil

  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt

  4. 1/2 tablespoon(s) ground nutmeg

  5. 1/2 teaspoon(s) gorund cinnamon

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) butter

  1. Wash, peel and cube sweet potatoes.

  2. Place in laerge skillet with coconut oil.

  3. Fry over medium heat intil tender.

  4. Add butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt just before serving.

  5. You can add a small amount of molasses for extra sweetness.

  6. Serve hot. Great with almost any meat.
