  1. OBATZDA (Cheese Spread) beer salt, pepper, caraway With A fork, crush and blend cheese with butter. Add chopped onions and salt, pepper, caraway. Gradually blend in just enough beer to create a spreadable mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
