  3. 1 x 400 g tin pineapple in natural

  4. 1 x 500 g jar creamy parmigiana

  5. 500 g tasty cheese,

  6. 500 g Sour

  7. 4 teaspoons

  1. Place approximately 4 slices of ham in the middle of each enchilada.

  2. Add 5 pieces pineapple and half cup tasty cheese.

  3. Roll and repeat with remaining enchiladas.

  4. Place in a greased baking dish, cover with parmigiana sauce and grated mozzarella.

  5. Drizzle with cream. Bake in 180 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.

  6. Serve with sour cream and a green salad.
