  2. Honey Peanut Butter Ice Cream Squares

  7. Crust;

  8. 1/2 Cup Flour

  9. 1/3 Cup Quick Cooking Oats

  10. 1/4 Cup Sugar

  11. 1/4 Cup Butter

  12. 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  13. Ice Cream:

  14. 1/2 Cup Crunchy Style Peanut Butter

  15. 1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup

  16. 2 Tablespoons Honey

  17. 1/2 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream -- Slightly Softened

  18. 1 Cup Peanuts -- Chopped, Salted

  19. 350 degrees. Line

  20. 9 square baking pan with

  21. aluminum foil, extending excess foil over edges. In large mixer

  22. bowl, combine all crust ingredients. Beat at medium speed,

  23. 1 to 2 minutes

  24. 12 to 20 minutes or until

  25. lightly browned. Cool completely. In small bowl stir together

  26. peanut butter, corn syrup and honey. Spread half of peanut

  27. butter mixture over crust. Spread half of ice cream over peanut

  28. butter mixture. Drop by spoonfuls and spread remaining peanut

  29. butter mixtuer over ice cream; sprinkle wtih 1/2 c. peanuts. Spread

  30. and swirl remaining ice cream over peanuts. Sprinkle

  31. with remaining peanuts. Freeze 8 hour or overnight or until

  32. firm. To serve, life ice cream square from pan, using aluminum

  33. foil as handles. Remove aluminum foil. Cut into squares; serve

  34. immediately.
