  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Confectioner's sugar - sifted

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Lemon rind - finely grated

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Lime rind

  5. 3 teaspoons 15ml Lemon juice - freshly squeezed

  6. 3 teaspoons 15ml Lime juice - freshly squeezed

  1. Stir ingredients together, adjusting quantities to taste. Chill.

  2. Makes about 2/3 cup.
