  1. 1 lb ground lean pork

  2. 1 cup finely crushed saltine

  3. 1/4 cup chopped green onion

  4. 2 cloves garlic , chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon creole mustard

  6. 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper

  8. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  9. 2 teaspoons rubbed sage

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Form into 4-5 equal size patties.

  3. Re-chill for 30 minutes.

  4. Grill over charcoal.

  5. Baste with the same bbq used in the mix when burgers are halfway done. ?
