  1. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Eggs (large)

  2. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  3. 2 cups 474ml Heavy or whipping cream

  4. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Orange juice concentrate - thawed

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vanilla extract

  1. Recipe Instructions Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue to whisk until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream and milk and whisk to blend. Add the juice concentrate and vanilla and blend. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions. This recipe yields 1 generous quart.
