  1. 350g (12oz) Quorn

  2. 5tbsp soy sauce

  3. 1tbsp minced ginger

  4. 2tbsp olive oil

  5. 600g mixed stir-fry vegetables

  6. 3tsp runny honey Toasted sesame seeds and chopped fresh chives, to garnish

  1. Toss together the Quorn, soy sauce and ginger. Season well. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat, then add the Quorn mixture and stir-fry for 5 mins. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 mins. Drizzle over the honey, stir-fry for a further 1 min, then season to taste. Serve scattered with the toasted seasame seeds and chopped fresh chives.
