  1. 4 Boneless rib eye steaks

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Peanut oil

  3. Salt and pepper

  4. 1 cup 237ml Cabernet Sauvignon

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Beef stock

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Balsamic vinegar

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Shallot - chopped

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Italian parsley - chopped fresh

  1. Brush steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cabernet Sauce:

  3. Place wine in a saucepan over high heat. Simmer until reduced by half.

  4. Add the beef stock, balsamic vinegar and shallots.

  5. Reduce again by half. Add the parsley.

  6. Grilling:

  7. Prepare a fire in your grill.

  8. When ready, grill the steaks as soon as the flames subside.

  9. Serve with the Cabernet sauce.
