  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Vinegar

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Oil

  4. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Red potatoes - cut into chunks

  5. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Red or green pepper - cut into 1 lb 454g / 16oz Onion - cut into 1" pieces (medium)

  1. Recipe Instructions Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on envelope with vinegar and oil, omitting water. Toss remaining ingredients with dressing mixture. Spoon evenly onto double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil; close foil to form tightly-sealed pouch. Place on grill over medium coals. Grill 30 to 35 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through grilling time to prevent burning. This recipe yields 6 (3/4-cup) servings. To Bake: Prepare as directed except for grilling. Spoon evenly into 15- by 10- by 1-inch baking pan lined with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender.
