  1. 1 pound tuna steaks

  2. 1 1/4 teaspoons sesame oil

  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus

  4. 1 tsp 1/3 cup lite soy sauce

  5. 1/3 cup hoisin sauce

  6. 2 teaspoons honey

  7. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  8. 1 1/4 teaspoons Chinese five spice

  1. Preparation : Marinate the tuna steaks in the sesame oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. While the tuna steaks are marinating, combine the remaining sauce ingredients and heat in a pan for 10 minutes over medium heat. Grill the tuna steaks for 6-7 minutes on each side, turning once, basting each side occasionally with the sauce.
