  1. Arrange crisped Boston,Romaine or Red Leaf lettuce on a plate. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with ⅓ cup crumbled Blue Cheese, ⅓ cup crumbled bacon pieces and chunks of avocado to taste. Sprinkle with favorite vinaigrette dressing like the one we use for tomatoes.
