  1. 2 cans Solid White Albacore Tuna

  2. 1 can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup

  3. 1 can Campbells Cream of Celery Soup

  4. 1 can sliced mushrooms

  5. 1/2 cup diced sweet onion

  6. 3 cups prepared long grain rice (you may use leftover rice)

  7. 8-12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded

  1. "Drain tuna. In a mixing bowl flake tuna with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except for cheddar cheese and stir until blended. Layer half the tuna mixture into a greased casserole. Sprinkle all but 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese over the tuna mixture. Layer the remaining tuna mixture on top of cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes until top is browned. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup of cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. Yield: serves 6 Notes: You may use other types of cheese such as Monterey Jack, Medium Cheddar, and Jalapeño but I find that I like the sharp cheddar flavor the best.
