  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cardamom seeds

  2. 1 Cinnamon stick - (2 inch)

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin seeds - (preferably black)

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Whole cloves

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Whole black peppercorns

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Nutmeg seed (medium)

  1. Recipe Instructions Place all of the ingredients in a clean electric coffee grinder. Turn machine on, and process until the spices have been finely ground, 30 to 40 seconds.
