  1. 1/2 cup butter

  2. 1 cup sliced almonds

  3. 453 g finely diced country ham

  4. 3 cups crumbled day-old cornbread

  5. 1 cup thin sliced green onions

  6. 2 tsp. crumbled dried thyme

  7. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

  8. 1/4 tsp. salt

  9. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add almonds and cook 1 to 2 minutes until golden. Stir in ham. corn bread and green onions. Cook 1 minute. Stir in thyme and parsley and cook until butter is absorbed, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
