  1. 1 box farfalle pasta

  2. 1/3 c oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  3. 1 yellow onion

  4. 1 package Italian sausage garlic Italian seasoning crushed red pepper

  5. 1 14 oz can of broth Swiss chard or kale

  6. 1 can white bean s

  1. Cook pasta according to directions adding a few teaspoons of the tomato oil to flavor. In a skillet brown the sausage. Add the onion and garlic and cook until brown throughout and onion soft. Slice sausage into bite size pieces. Toss remaining seasoning with pasta after draining. Combine with meat mixture. Meanwhile, cook chard and beans in broth until just wilted then add to pasta mixture. Serve warm.
