  1. 1 pound(s) Ground Turkey Breast , make sure it is white meat or you may substitute beef if you prefer.

  2. 1 slice(s) White Onion , About two slices (med-thick)

  3. 1/2 medium Avocado , Sliced

  4. 1 slice(s) cheese , cheese of your choice: Colby Jack, Pepper Jack, etc.

  5. 1/2 handful portebella mushrooms , pre-slice

  6. 1 Bun , Hawaiian Bread (Wal-Mart)

  7. 1 slice(s) Tomatoe , Perferably Vine

  8. 1 condiments , mayonaise, mustard, ketchup

  9. slice(s) Green Leafy Lettuce , 1-2 slices

  10. 1/2 tablespoon(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil , place enough to saute onion and portebella mushrooms

  11. 1/2 teaspoon(s) *Butter , No margarine

  12. 2 slice(s) Turkey Bacon , The best Turkey Bacon is a wholefoods

  1. In a medium bowl, gently combine 1 pound ground turkey, lightly season with Tony's Creole Seasoning. Form into 4 patties about 3/4 inch thick, set aside.

  2. In a medium skillet heat your olive oil and butter. Place onions and mushrooms in skillet and saute until the onions are carmelized. Remove and place on side.

  3. Place the burgers in the skillet and cook for appoximatley 10 minutes or until they are cooked through, turning them once.

  4. Cook bacon in the oven on broil or 500 degrees. You should cook on both sides until they are semi-crisp. Remove from oven and set aside.

  5. Once the burgers are fully cooked, place a slice of cheese on the burger. You may cover the skillet until it melts.

  6. Place mayonaise on both sides of an open face bun. Add all cold ingrediant to the top of the bun(lettuce, tomatoe, and avocado. Place burger on the bottom of the bun. Add bacon, onion and mushroom mixture,

  7. Place other condiments on the side.
