  1. 1 pkt Sealord Simply Natural Hoki Fillets, defrosted

  2. 8 wooden skewers

  3. sea salt and pepper

  4. lime aioli

  5. 2 red capsicum , seeded and sliced

  6. 1 eggplant , sliced

  7. 4 courgettes

  8. 1 red onion , sliced

  9. olive oil

  10. Dukkah

  1. Cut the hoki into cube’s and thread on the skewers.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. BBQ the kebabs and vegetables and season as desired.

  4. Place the cooked vegetables on a large platter and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dukkah.

  5. Place the kebabs on top of the vegetables and drizzle with lime aioli.
