    1. 1 Corn muffin mix - (8 1/2 oz)

    2. 2 Eggs

    3. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

    4. 1 Whole kernel corn - frozen

    5. 1 Brown and serve sausages

    1. Recipe Instructions In a small bowl, stir corn muffin mix, egg and milk together just to blend. Stir in corn. Allow batter to rest a few minutes before pouring into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Arrange sausage spoke fashion on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This recipe yields 4 servings. Description: "Here's a quick meal in a dish. This can even be served with maple syrup."
