  1. 2 cups fresh blueberries

  2. 2 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced

  3. 10 fresh mint leaves, sliced

  4. 2 tablespoons mint jelly

  5. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  1. Combine canteloupe, blueberries, strawberries and mint in large bowl. Microwave mint jelly in small, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 30 seconds or until melted; stir in lemon juice. Pour jelly mixture over fruit; toss to coat. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
