  1. 1 lg. onion, chopped

  2. 1 lb. ground beef

  3. 1 cup macaroni, cooked

  4. 1 can red kidney beans

  5. 1 tbsp. oil

  6. 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

  7. 1 can tomatoes, plain Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Instructions In large skillet, lightly brown onion and ground beef in oil. Once brown, drain off fat. Add cooked macaroni to the beef mixture. Combine tomatoes, beans, salt, and pepper with meat. Add cheese and thoroughly mix. Cover and simmer on low-heat for 20 minutes. .
