  1. 1 1/2 c Thinly sliced Pork tenderloi

  2. 2 Cloves crushed garlic

  3. 4 tb Vegetable oil

  4. 1 Green onion-cut into 1" pcs

  5. 3 c Chinese peapods-ends removed

  6. 1/2 c Sliced-fresh mushrooms

  7. 1/2 c Sliced bamboo shoots

  8. 1/4 ts Sugar

  9. 1/2 ts Fish sauce or to taste

  10. 1/8 ts MSG-OPTIONAL

  11. 1/4 c Water

  12. 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and stir together

  13. 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook
