  2. 1 small onion

  3. 1 tablespoon ' chicken ' seasoning

  4. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon majoram

  6. 1 teaspoon thyme

  7. 1 bay leaf

  8. 1 1/2 cups brown rice Tomato es, chopped Avocado , diced Shredded lettuce Sliced olive s Lemon juice Garlic salt

  1. Cover lentils, onions, seasoning, soy sauce, marjoram, thyme and bay leaf with water until lentils are tender. Add more water as necessary. Cook brown rice in 3 cups of water until tender. Place rice on plate and cover with lentils. Then add lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, olives, hot sauce, lemon juice and garlic salt.
