  2. Yogurt - 32 oz.

  3. Coriander seeds - 2 tsp.

  4. Cumin seeds - 2 tsp.

  5. Red Chili powder - 1 tsp.

  6. Chana Daal - 1 tsp.

  7. Rice or rice powder - 1 tsp.

  8. Coconut (grated) - 2 tsp.

  9. Salt - 2 tsp.

  10. Mustard - 1 tsp.

  11. Turmeric - pinch

  12. Red Chili - 1

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Fry Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Chana Daal, Red Chili in a little oil.

  2. Grind the mixture with the coconut and add to the beaten yogurt.

  3. Add turmeric and bring to a boil.

  4. Stir in rice powder, and heat on low until consistent texture is achieved.

  5. Heat oil and mustard seeds and add to the mixture.
