  1. 1/2 pounds Raw shrimp, peeled,

  2. De-veined, and roughly

  3. Chopped cup Bok choy, chopped

  4. teaspoon Dried chili pepper flakes

  5. 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

  6. 2 tablespoons Sesame oil

  7. 2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce

  8. 3 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar

  9. 2 tablespoons Sugar

  10. 3 tablespoons Cornstarch

  11. teaspoon Salt

  12. teaspoon Ground black pepper

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and pulse rapidly to a very coarse texture. Do not make too soft or pasty. Fill the springroll wrappers with the shrimp filling and follow all directions for cooking.
