  1. 2 c Pecan halves

  2. 1/4 c Sugar

  3. 2 tb Dark rum

  4. 2 ts Instant coffee

  5. 1/4 ts Cinnamon

  6. 1 ds Salt

  7. 15 minutes, until sugar is melted and nuts are well coated. Pour out onto oiled wax paper and separate halves of pecans as they cool. Source: Mom's old magazine clippings-
