  7. 1 c Vinegar

  8. 1 Clove garlic

  9. 1 Medium bay leaf

  10. 2 ts Mixed pickling spices

  11. 12 Hard - cooked eggs

  12. 1 Small onion, sliced and Separated into rings

  13. In a large bowl combine beet juice, vinegar, garlic,

  14. 4 cups water and 1/2 tsp.

  15. salt; mix well. Remove shells from eggs. Add eggs and 3 to 4 days. Makes
