  9. 2 c Mayonnaise

  10. 1 c Tomato sauce

  11. 1/2 c Dijon mustard (or to taste)

  12. 1/2 c Horseradish,prepared

  13. 2 tb Sugar

  14. 1 ts Cayenne pepper

  15. 1. Combine all ingredients; store in refrigerator until ready to use.

  16. 2. Just before serving fish, spread 1/4 cup sauce on each fillet; pass
