  8. 5 Vegetable bouillion cubes

  9. 1 tb Salt

  10. 1 d Pepper

  11. 2 Stalks celery, cut up

  12. 1 lg Onion cut up

  13. 2 cans of diced tomatoes

  14. 1 pk Frozen cut okra

  15. 2 pk Frozen mixed vegetables

  16. --(beans, peas, carrots,

  17. --corn, and limas)

  18. 1 cn Pinto beans

  19. 1 md Potato, diced

  20. 1/2 Green pepper, diced

  21. 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced

  22. 2 c Tomato juice

  23. 1 d Cayenne pepper

  24. In a large covered pot, combine water, bouillion

  25. cubes, salt and a dash of pepper. Then add remaining

  26. ingredients. Cook together 5-6 hours. Excellent

  27. reheated. We keep this in freezer containers all year

  28. round, each container holding enough soup for one

  29. family sitting.
