  1. Ginger-Honey-Mustard marinade and basting sauce

  2. 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger root

  3. 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  4. 1/2 cup mustard

  5. 1 cup honey

  6. 1 Tbsp white vinegar

  7. 1 tsp Soy sauce

  8. Mix all the above ingredients. Marinate boned chicken breasts for 24 hours. Cube them and then grill them with the same marinade

  9. as the basting sauce.
