  1. 4 eggs hard boiled and shelledMake lengthwise slits on each.

  2. 3 medium sized onions chopped fine

  3. 1/2 can thick coconut milk

  4. 3-4 cloves

  5. 1/2 stick cinnamon

  6. Grind :

  7. 5 - 6 green chillies

  8. 1 inch ginger

  9. 4 -5 fresh garlic cloves or 2 tsp minced garlic

  10. 1 bunch cilantro leaves

  11. 1-2 medium sized shallots

  12. 1 cardamom

  13. 2 tsp aniseed

  1. Grind into a fine paste. Set aside Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add the cloves and cinnamon and let them pop.

  3. Add onions and fry them on medium heat till lite pink in color.

  4. Add the Ground paste and cook till the oil seperates.

  5. Add salt to taste and add the eggs into this gravy.

  6. Stir for 2 minutes very lightly and then add coconut milk on top.

  7. Let simmer for a few minutes on low – medium flame.
