  1. 1 1/2 lb Ground beef

  2. 1 md Chopped onion

  3. 4 sl Bacon diced

  4. 1 Chopped green pepper

  5. 3 Potatoes peeled and diced

  6. 2 ts Mustard

  7. 3 Beef bouillon cubes

  8. 1/4 ts Pepper

  9. 2 c Boiling water

  10. 6 tb Vineger
