  1. For the fruit:

  2. 2 cups fresh cranberries

  3. 2 Granny Smith apples, large dice

  4. 1 cup Spiced Simple Syrup

  5. 3/4 cup Cointreau

  6. For the sangrÃa:

  7. 1 (750-milliliter) bottle Tempranillo rose

  8. 1/2 cup ruby port wine

  9. 1/2 cup Cointreau

  10. 1/2 cup cranberry juice

  1. For the fruit:

  2. Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart container with a tightfitting lid.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least four hours or preferably overnight.

  4. For the sangría:

  5. Add all ingredients to the fruit mixture and stir to combine.

  6. Refrigerate until chilled, and serve over ice.
