  5. 1 Tbl Corn starch

  6. 1/3 cup Brown sugar

  7. 1/2 tsp Freshly minced ginger

  8. 1 Tbl Soy Sauce

  9. 1/4 cup vinegar (I used Rice Vinegar)

  10. 1/4 cup vegetable broth

  11. Vegetables of your choice. I used:

  12. 1/2 red onion

  13. 2 cloves garlic

  14. 1 cup chopped up carrots

  15. 1/2 yellow bell pepper

  16. 1 yellow zucchini

  17. 3 cups chopped up mushrooms

  18. 1 handful snow peas

  19. Mix together the soy sauce, vinegar and vegetable broth. Separately,

  20. mix together the corn starch and the brown sugar. Add the corn

  21. starch, brown sugar mixture to the liquids. Add in the minced ginger.

  22. Set this mixture aside. Saute the vegetables in some additional

  23. broth. Just before the vegetables are cooked, add in the liquid

  24. mixture that was set aside, and saute for an additional two minutes.

  25. I served this over brown rice. It looked as good as it tasted.
