  1. 1 Pear halves

  2. 1 Lime Jell-O (3-ounce)

  3. 1 cup 237ml Boiling water

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  5. 6 oz 170g Cream cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup of the syrup. Dice pears and set aside. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add reserved syrup and lemon juice. Pour 1 1/4 cups into 6-cup mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 1 hour. Meanwhile, soften cream cheese. Very slowly, blend in remaining gelatin, beating until smooth. Stir in pears. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold before serving.
