  7. 1 c Flour, all-purpose

  8. 3/4 c Oatmeal -- uncooked

  9. 1 c Sugar, brown

  10. 1/2 c Butter, unsalted -- melted

  11. --SAUCE--

  12. 1 c Sugar, granulated

  13. 2 tb Cornstarch

  14. 1 c :Water

  15. 1 t Vanilla extract

  16. 4 c Rhubarb

  17. Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter until

  18. 1/2 into greased

  19. 9 pan. Add rhubbard,

  20. cut in 1/2 pieces. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water

  21. and vanilla; cook till thick and clear. Pour sauce

  22. over rhubarb. Top with other half crumb mixture. Bake

  23. 350F for 45 minutes.
