  1. 1 Pastry for 9 inch pie

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml All-purpose flour

  4. 2 Eggs - beaten

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  6. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Fresh crab meat

  7. 8 oz 227g Shredded Swiss cheese

  8. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Chopped green onions

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard

  1. Recipe Instructions Pre-bake pie shell ins 400F oven for approximately 10-15 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, crab and onion. Spoon into shell and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until firm in center.
