  1. 1 cup butter or margarine

  2. 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

  3. 1/4 cup cocoa

  4. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

  5. 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  6. 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats -- uncooked Flaked or shredded coconut

  1. Preparation : Cream together butter and sugar. Add cocoa and vanilla. Gradually add nuts and oats. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in coconut.
