  1. Broccoli and Cauliflower Mornay

  2. 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped

  3. 2 cups fresh cauliflower, chopped

  4. 1 small onion, finely diced

  5. 1/2 cup skim milk

  6. 1 tablespoon corn starch mixed with a little water

  7. 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

  8. 1 tablespoon grated sapsago or geska cheese (1% fat maximum)

  9. Paprika to sprinkle on top

  10. Steam together broccoli, cauliflower and onion for 5 minutes only.

  11. Turn into a medium sized ovenproof dish. Heat milk with mixed

  12. cornflour until thickened. Stir well. Pour the mixture over the

  13. broccoli and cauliflower. Top with breadcrumbs, grated cheese and paprika. Place under the griller until top is golden brown.
