  2. Love bratwurst? Use fully cooked smoked bratwurst, cut into 1-inch slices, as a delicious substitute for the smoked turkey.

  3. 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) ready-to-serve chicken broth

  4. 2 cups broccoli flowerets

  5. 1 cup cut-up fully cooked smoked turkey

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

  7. 1/2 cup uncooked couscous

  8. 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

  9. 1. Heat broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet. Stir in broccoli, turkey and tarragon. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.

  10. 2. Stir in couscous; remove from heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

  11. 3. Fluff couscous mixture with fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
